Media influence on nightlife – Pre-announcement of the conference

The Club Health project will organise a thematic conference on 13th and 14th of October 2010 in Brussels (Belgium) during the Belgium EU Presidency on how to channel and involve media in order to contribute to a safer nightlife. On this conference recommendations will be presented and trigger discussions in several workshops. The recommendations and the related debates at the conference will be synthesized in a conference book and disseminated to all those involved with media impacting health-related behaviour of young people, particularly situated in nightlife. The conference will be organised by the Hogeschool Gent (University College Ghent) from Belgium. More information and official announcement of the conference will be published soon.
